Recently there has been small video player that always pops up in my browser and even while using Steam. The thumbnail seems to be a segment of some picture but the video never plays even after I click it. It always causes Steam to crash, but there aren't any issues when it pops up in the browser. I have no idea what it is and I tried looking through all the files and I can't find anything. It's really annoying. I included a picture because it's kind of hard to visualize what I'm talking about. I've heard of Video Tile but I'm not sure if this is it.
