I just installed a theme and I dont like it how do I uninstall it?

I am using Firefox 5.0 and I installed a theme and I cant uninstall it. When I go to tool then add on, it does not show me the themes tab.

The Themes tab is called Apearance

Would have preferred if they had kept it as Themes.
