Update the Flash plugin to the latest version.

I downloaded Adobe 10.3 and Java JLE as you suggested but there has been no change. Any other suggestions? Thanks for trying.
Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems: View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Cmd+0 on Mac)
Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I did as you suggested with regards to the add ons and extensions with no results and yet I don't have the problem when I use Internet Explorer!! Obviously the problem is peculiar to the Mozilla browser. I guess I will have to use IE. I wanted to thank you for your efforts on our behalf.
