Have you tried first typing a topic in the search box, upper right?

Oh that. Yes. It doesn't tell me anything I don't already know. I know where the settings are and how to have them set. The issue is it's NOT doing what the settings are telling it to do. I'm not new to Firefox. I'm only new to needing their help with it.
