I didn't put a secret phrase for my account and I can't log in. What do I do?

When I was creating my sync account when it came to the secret Phrase I didn't know what to do so I clicked next. When I was going to change the secret phrase I found out I wasn't logged in and you have to type your secret Phrase to log in.

The solution to this problem is to use put a space if you have this problem
