can not access Mozilla VPN, doesn't recognize password and never sends email to change to new one.

I've been paying Mozilla for quite some time and have never been able to access it. When signing in it does not accept password that I have written down. When using prompt to change password, I enter email and am told an email with security numbers will be sent within 10 minutes. It never arrives. I look in junk and check filtered mail.
