Thread email responses not realistically visible!

A new email comes in, it is in bold.

A RESPONSE to my own response comes in, and it looks completely normal! An underline is not "noticeable" enough!

A NEW EMAIL (brand new, or in a thread) should (obviously) generate the same optical indicator -- BOLD.

This is improved in version 148, and will also appear in the next ESR this summer.
