
Wont load emails from my bigpond account in thunderbird
I open thunderbird on my desktop to check emails from my bigpond account it wont load the new ones only ones already read and received this has only happened today 9/9/2025. Cant receive or send emails via the thunderbird app on desktop. I can access my emails on any other device via telstra including desktop but not via thunderbird. Just shows login to bigpond account failed

The first thing to do would be to verify that your server settings are correct. Here's what Telstra has to say about that:
