I tried to send e-mails but got the following answer: 

    " can not be delivered to recipients
      SMTP error from remote server for RCPT TO command, host: smtp-in.sfr.fr (93.17.128.123) reason: 550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; client [82.165.159.13] blocked using sbl.sp

Is there a solution to this problem

So whomever sfr.net is (93.17.128.123) they have blocked GMX on the say so of spamhaus and apparently you are sending from GMX.


The spamhaus record for that IP address can be found here https://check.spamhaus.org/results?query=82.165.159.13 I suggest you contact GMX to have them initiate a clearance process.
