Installing a Spectrum e-mail account

While trying to install a Spectrum e-mail account with the format (user.new.rr.com) errors post suggesting that the Username/password is incorrect. The user name/password is correct because it functions well on web mail. The settings search says (with a green check) that all is well. Still no install is possible. The install is also not possible in outlook. Our only successful install is in an Apple IOS cell phone. We are on a Microsoft Windows 11 machine with Version 24H2 and OS build 26100.3194. The Windows Feature Experience Pack is 1000.26100.48.0. Any suggestions on how to successfully install would be most appreciated.

If you post a screenshot of the server settings you're trying to use, we may check whether they're correct and where could be the problem.
