No messages are showing in my Thunderbird inbox. All messages are in "all mail," "sent," "trash," and all other files. Can you advise me on how to retrieve my inbox messages? Thank you.

One possibility is to rightclick account name in folder pane, and click 'subscribe' to see if inbox is subscribed. Another possibility is to check the account online to see if the inbox is set to hidden. Beyond that, I have no suggestions.
