I see the attachment being attached, I see it in lower corner...I hit send, but the attachment doesnt send... It seems with recent update a few weeks ago it is happening a lot. I was thinking my computer mouse. But If I sit and count to 5...and then hot send it goes... But usually as you see it attached I hit send right after...

Do you have an antivirus that might still be messing around scanning the attachment? try disabling any outgoing mail scanning. It is essentially a waste of time anyway.
