Did a Clean Reinstall. Everything seems to be working now.

I dropped all addons. Dropdowns work once or twice but soon stop working.

When I restart Firefox, dropdown menus always work at least once. Soon into the session, they stop working.

Then restart, and dropdowns work at least once.
