every public release of Thunderbird ever is available here http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/

Pick your version.then your operating system and then the language pack you want. (One directory after the other.)

For example the US English version for mac of V78.9.1 is found at this link. http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/78.9.1/mac/en-US/
