Can't sync or sign out

After logging in to my Firefox account, I am unable to sync or sign out.

When I manually try syncing it just spins forever without doing anything. When I sign out and and confirm, nothing happens. I have tried restarting my machine and Firefox multiple times but the issue persists. This is very strange.
