tabs from other computers missing and greyed out in my other sync computer

I am using 15.0.1 on both synced machines. On my main machine "tabs from other computers" is completely missing and I can't find a way to enable it. On the other machine, it is greyed out and doesn't show any tabs from the main machine.

Did you check the "Sync Options" to make sure that you've included tabs?

Is sessions restore working properly (i.e. does restoring a session on a next start work)?

tabs is included in the sync options and i use session restore for every log on and that is working too.
