First I could open Firefox and it crashed after a few minutes. When I tried it again, the same happened. I could start Firefox in the safe mode. Now, not even this works. When I start Firefox the screen becomes black and the computer freezes for a second. When I click with the mouse there opens a window which tells me that Firefox does not answer, so I close it. This happens in the safe mode, too. I checked after a computer virus, but there are none. Furthermore I updated everything (except Firefox, because I can't open it and didn't find an option to update it), but nothing.

Your crash report is at https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/70c7e7fc-663e-4001-9105-9f1732120808 and it links to the related bugs.

This looks like a problem that is happening when you have Google set as your Firefox home page. Try starting in Firefox Safe Mode again (hold down the SHIFT key while starting Firefox). If you can get it to start, change your home page to something other than Google, or reset the default home page (about:home) - see How to set the home page.
