Sync deleted my data - how do I recover it?

My laptop drive died, so I re-installed Windows and Firefox. I had no chance to write down the "sync key" - I thought that perhaps like every other system in the world that I've used, I could just recover my password and get my bookmarks and passwords back. No dice apparently.

I've logged in and all my data is gone. I NEED that data back for work - is there a Firefox admin person I can pay a fee to that will restore my data for me please? I seriously need this data ASAP!
