My email server is Cablelynx.com All of a sudden the compose feature has disappeared on my screen

This started August 1. When I call support with Cablelynx, they are able to see the compose feature. When I go thru Outlook Ex, which I do not particularly want to do, it is all as it should be. Also to sign off I have to click on the "Firefox did not allow page to load" and when I hit ok it signs me out.
