I do understand your concern. I encourage you to read fully the URL given to you, as it explains in detail what the issue is and how to resolve the issue. This may be your IP address or possibly an incorrectly email server set up by your email provider. Thunderbird can't help because it sits on your IP address and uses the servers for your email account . Tf you have questions on some of the details of what Spamhaus states, do post that as there are some gurus on the forum who may be able to advise.
