Auto scroll with not turn off, no matter what I do. how to get this feature to stop.

After recent update, The auto scroll feature will not stop working no matter what I do. I have unchecked the box and have set all auto scroll Items ti false but the auto scroll will not turn off. How can this be turned off or a new release / up date? I have gone from 32 bit to 64 bit after the last update as well.

How do you experience the auto scroll, on what site etc.

I have never used it so am in the dark.

I have just set my Fx to auto scroll. I am using Win 11

Are you using a mouse or a track pad or keys ?

Having it on is no different to me.
