ALL SAVED BOOKMARKS/PASSWORD DATA IS GONE TODAY!! Help
New version 151 update last night and now all saved data is gone. No backup bookmark files created that I can see, so nothing to import. Where does Firefox keep its backup files for previous version?
When I look under appdata, roaming profiles, there is NO MOZILLA folder as has been suggested. Where is all my data??
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

chater210, did you try the steps in this help article to see if your bookmarks can be found via the about:profiles page? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/recover-user-data-missing-after-firefox-update
If that doesn't help then it might be time to try a manual search of the harddrive. But note that before searching you may first need to enable the viewing of hidden files and folders.
Firefox maintains backups of bookmarks in a folder named "bookmarkbackups". So you could try searching your hard drive for folders with this name.
The backups will have names of the form "bookmarks-*.jsonlz4". So alternatively you could try searching for filenames matching this pattern instead.
The filenames should include a date, so it will be easy to tell which are the most recent backups.
If you find a suitable backup file then you can import it via the "Import and Backup" menu in the bookmarks library. See the "Restoring from backups" section here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/restore-bookmarks-from-backup-or-move-them
(But note the part "Caution: Restoring bookmarks from a backup will overwrite your current set of bookmarks with the ones in the backup file". So you may wish to write down or export any pre-existing bookmarks first.)
If you do find files from the old profile folder and want help with restoring more than just the bookmarks, then let me know.
Modified
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite and favicons.sqlite files in the Firefox profile folder.
- use the "Places Database" -> "Verify Integrity" button in "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support)
If errors are reported with "Verify Integrity", close and restart Firefox or reboot the computer and retry.
