Since the 141.0 update my homepage & new tab page pinned websites are spread out super far & have small icons. When i first launch into firefox my pinned websites also fail to display the set images for them. Not sure if there's a setting to restore the icons to the previous update to fix them. I have included a screenshot of the issue shown. I'm not sure if this a bug or new style the have but aesthetics aside it ruins quick navigation for me.

I have tried an uninstall and reinstall but the same message comes up saying Firefoc is already running but can't be used and that I have to kill the old Firefox. I cannot access the cache since Firefox will not open. Reinstallation should have cleared the cache. Since I uninstalled Firefox the message appears when I try to reinstall Firefox. None of the troubleshooting methods re available. What suggestions do you have that will get me access to Firefox as my browser again?

I run Firefox on a Dell Inspiron Laptop which runs Windows 11 Pro. Lately, when I cclick on a link in an email, I get Th following message: Application error: a client-side exception has occurred while loading weather.com (see the browser console for more information). I'm also getting messages that my browser is blocking cookies, which I don't understand, since none of my settings (so far as I cantell) block coookies. I'm also seeeing slow loading of pages.

I've refreshed Firefox and eliminated one or two extensions, but I don't understand why all of this is going on. I'm having to submit this over Chrome, because Firefox won't let me log in, due to the cookie problem,

How do I get all this mess straightened out?

Does Firefox produce pop-ups in this manner? When I scan my machine with Microsoft defender it comes up clean, but the pop-up start when I open Firefox. I have not clicked on any of the pop-ups. The pop-ups mimic a McAfee virus but I do not have McAfee installed.

I hope you can assist me with an urgent issue. After reinstalling Windows on my PC, I lost access to my Firefox Sync data, which includes years of bookmarks, saved passwords, and browsing history.

Before formatting, I had been using Firefox Sync with my Firefox Account (sometimes signed in via Google). However, after reinstalling Windows and logging back into Firefox Sync, my data no longer appears. At one point, I saw my account showing activity from just before formatting, but now that is gone as well.

I am worried that my synced data might have been overwritten or lost during this process. Unfortunately, I do not have a local backup of my Firefox profile.

Could you please help me: - Verify if my Firefox Sync data is still stored on your servers. - Assist with recovering my synced data or advise on next steps I can take. - Provide any guidance on preventing data loss in the future.

I keep getting messages from Firefox to confirm account with the code. Looks like somebody keeps trying create an account with my e-mail address. I never hit confirm and I just delete the message. I keep changing my password.
