Check your ad blocker

  • Click on your ad blocker icon.
  • Look for a button to turn it off for Udemy.
  • Refresh the Udemy page and try the video again.
  • If this fixes it, look into your ad blocker's settings to permanently whitelist

or/and

  1. Try opening Udemy in an Private Window and if it works there, one of your browser extensions is causing the block.
  2. Click the shield icon to the left of the URL and turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection.
