Firefox is not able to log into Amazon, while Edge is OK, I know that a lot of Windows 10 updates have been installed of late plus other changes I am unable to work out whats wrong .......Help

Could you provide a screen shot of any message. Try deleting any cache and cookies maybe

Then a proper [Restart] of Windows.
