I can't access federal government websites - FSIS, USDA

I can't access FSIS website which I need to do so for my job. This is what I get

"Firefox can't connect to the server at usda.gov Try connecting with a different device Check your modem or router Disconnect and reconnect to Wi-Fi"

I can't do any of those things because they make absolutely no sense. Nothing is wrong with my router, Wi-Fi. It's your program.

Windows home or pro and are you running any security software besides MS Defender?
