If you want the stand alone executable, can try from here: https://www.firefox.com/en-US/download/all/ which lets you pick which browser, OS, and language.

If you're on Windows, then https://www.firefox.com/en-US/download/windows/ should work. (Oh yeah, as James mentions, this one is that small stub installer. Probably don't really want this one then.)

The first link is better as it serves the full offline setup while the second serves the small online stub installer.
