Trying to log in to citizensbank.com. After I enter username and password, logs me in and immediately logs me out. Suspect the bank is doing something tricky, but an hour with their tech support didn't get me anywhere. As usual, they blame Firefox. Anything tricky I have to do I Firefox to counteract their trickiness?

I also would blame Firefox and or something on your pc. Does it happen with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search

Did you clear your browser cache? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox

What security software besides MS Defender are you running? Windows home or pro?

Yes, I have cleared cookies and everything else. Was able to log in to bank website using Troubleshooting mode (held SHIFT key with starting). I have the following extensions, none of which would seem malignant: Bitwarden Password Manager ClearURLs Close All Tabs Progressive Web Apps for Firefox Search on Google Lens

Something else disabled that could be the problem?

Glad to hear that it works in troubleshoot mode. Now you will have to research which add-on(s) is causing the issue.
