file, edit, history, bookmarks MENU BAR
I cannot make fire fox work at all.for me. I need the file, edit, history, bookmark tool bar back. I'm pleading with you. Please I BEG you to uninstall the upgrade. Please let me have the Firefox I had last week. I,m 88 and will die before I ever!!!! i can't make anything work.I have over 5,000 bookmarks. I write for a few dollars to partly support myself. Right now I'm out of business. Where is the invisible email address? I have been using FIREFOX since it came out. i can't go through your circus. A browser should have a high degree of instinctive coordination, it shouldn't be similar to experts cryptic calculus level, when your totally unfamiliar with the level of calculus I'm sorry, I won't be able jump through hoops..

Hi there,
If your Firefox menu bar is missing, it might be because you're in a fullscreen mode. To restore it, please refer to Restore the Menu bar in Firefox.
If what you're looking for is to access your bookmarks, there are several other ways to do that via the address bar search, Bookmarks toolbar, and Firefox sidebar. More about that in the following article: /kb/bookmarks-firefox#w_how-do-i-access-....
Hope that helps!
If there was a drastic change to your Firefox, it could indicate one of the following:
(1) New Profile
Firefox might create a new profile if the old one is inaccessible or locked. To check for an older profile, try the steps in the first section of the following article: Recover lost or missing Bookmarks.
(2) Refresh
A Firefox Refresh, Reset, or Tune-up would normally not happen automatically, but Firefox might suggest it. (Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings) The tell-tale sign is a new folder on your Windows desktop named Old Firefox Data. If you see that folder, it may be possible to recover missing settings from there. Let us know if you would like to explore that option.
i don't want any more stupid destructive FIREFOX updates, Firefox puts out updates they think are beneficial. To hell with the ramifications and the destructive impact of the changes they conjure up in their witches brew. There is "NEVER" an accompanying guide explaining what they did - nor if it screws up their system, what to do to reverse the damage. In my initial comment I mentioned how FIREFOX and THUNDERBIRD in the past had some elements of instinctive operation, I'm under the impression that your using Google in some ways. Google in my opinion is not your friend. Your help in my opinion is like trying to play multilevel cryptograms. The help is vague and incomplete. Both Firefox and Thunderbird had a simple to interpret operational format. Neither NASA or any of our military could tolerate so many inconsistencies. There should not be a systemic repair mode 365 days a year. Ron.
Hi,
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or developers. If you want to leave feedback for developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Share ideas and feedback…. Alternatively, you can use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.
You can also file a bug report or feature request. See File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products for details.
Hi Ron, to reduce the frequency of change, you could consider switching to the Extended Support Release of Firefox 128. The ESR branch gets minor security updates month, then there is a huge version leap about once a year.
More info if that sounds like it might suit you: Switch to Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR) for personal use
Please do not uninstall regular Firefox first, since Sync may not work without both installed and running.
