The CBS video player is geo-restricted so you may need to check your VPN/proxy settings.

Try changing secure DNS over HTTPS (DoH) to "Off" or "Increased Protection" and in Connection Settings change "Use system proxy settings" to "No proxy".

I know that, i have used VPN always and it has worked fine. Now also live tv works fine but normal videos not also not clips.

CBS live news is not geo-restricted. The black screen issue occurs if you are geo-restricted, try a different VPN exit node.
