privacy settings dialog appears on every printed page

Hello, every time I come to print part of the page is taken up by a privacy settings dialog box as illustrated below, although this dialog box does not appear on the screen before I print. How can I get rid of it and visualize the whole page when I print. thanks in advance for your time and help

Do you have uBlock Origin? Try to add 
www.cdc.gov##.cdc-cookie-policy-modal
to your filter list.
