I have installed Firefox on a computer and I need to sync the data, but the process requires a conformation code that is sent to my primary email. My primary email in Firefox no longer works. How can I do this? Thank you.

If you still have access to the old device then you can change the email address or transfer your personal data directly via a USB drive. Otherwise this will not be possible.

Note that Sync isn't designed to be used as a backup, but is merely meant to sync data between connected devices. Best is always to backup your personal data locally.
