Live chat button grayed out

When I go to the Sirius xm website, https://www.siriusxm.com/contact-us?intcmp=Global+Nav_NA_www%3AHome_ContactUs the chat button is grayed out. I turned off enhanced tracking protection and it did not help. If I use Google Chrome there is no problem.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?


Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
