Firefox crashes whenever exited from my primary profile, even in Troubleshoot Mode. The most recent crash report, from Troubleshoot Mode, is [[bp-3df873e2-f302-4670-b1c2-87e140211110|https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/report/index/bp-3df873e2-f302-4670-b1c2-87e140211110]].

It doesn't crash on exit from a secondary profile.

TIA

You posted the same report twice.

Basically, a Shutdown hang means something is not responding/closing properly.

Update avast! If the problem continues, disable it.

Thanks for the info!

I've had this problem for quite a long time, though probably not since 2018 when apparently an issue with snxhk64.dll was reported in avast's forums but not resolved: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=215328.15. I'll likely just continue to put up with it.

Yes, I couldn't find a way to edit the OP's bad syntax.

Look at the 'header' for each post. Now look to the far right you will see 3 vertical dots. Press them to see a menu.

Yes, thanks, I checked that, but the only menu option in the OP's menu I saw there was "Quote," though I logged in.
