Firefox is crashing the past 2 days
Every time I need to have an attachment to my email and I go to find that attachment, Firefox is crashing. Any ideas? Just today I upload the latest version of Firefox but that did not help. I use Window 10 and all my things are up to date as far as I can tell. With gratitude, Anne-Marie

Hi, Never mind. I tested it with a different browser and it is the same thing. So it is not Firefox problem but the platform I am using for email purposes. I am sorry, I should have check that first. Anne-Marie

Please provide a public link (no password) that we can check out. No Personal Information Please !
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that has effect.
