As far as I know, you can't make a phone call directly using Firefox. As "phone call" implies, you should be using a phone to make a phone call. However, you can make a video call using Firefox browser, website, apps, software installed and even add-ons. There are many ways to do online video call, for example, google meet, google hangout, google duo, etc...
