I synced and after that and re-installing my Everhelper/me and the FVD speed dial a tital of 3 - 4 times today ONLY Can you see what is wrong - Sync - Everhelper - or Windows 10 because they got in the way of installing firfox today as well

Hi Patricia, I'm trying to figure out the sequence of events here.

You had Firefox, or you have Firefox, and you set up Sync. Is this a new computer?

Why did you need to install/re-install Everhelper/me and FVD speed dial multiple times -- were there error messages, or did it disappear after installation or after closing and restarting Firefox, or shutting down and restarting Windows?
