Why can't I open the draft?

I can see that the email I drafted is in "Drafts" - but cannot open the draft to work on it. What pops up is "compose" new message . This is after I followed instructions to "fix slowness". Infuriating, I need it now, and I don't see any "help" to fix it.

Hi, being 10 versions of something that needs to be updated after every release as there is 100's of ways to attack it 1 day later is not a good sign.

I would gather this is old. You may want to switch to the Extended Release Version and suggest you do so.

Firefox Extended Release Version : Firefox ESR does not come with the latest features but it has the latest security and stability fixes.

Please Find what ever drivers you can for your Video Card. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html There are a lot of errors, this could also be the reason and not a Firefox issue or it is noticeable because of Firefox.
