Could you please expand on what you wish to do and what the issue maybe.

It used to be possible to use the Classic Theme Restorer extension to get icons and labels (descriptions) on the Navigation Toolbar, but this extension is no longer working as being a Legacy extension.

You will have to use code in userChrome.css. See the [Toolbars] section:
