I have tried & tried to update as the msg says to do but no success/

while on firefox msg keeps coming up to upddate. Iclick on update enter a admin user and green bar comes up saying update is being installed But it never completes. I have tried this at least 6 times but not it does not seem to work as when I reboot the message to update comes back.

Please download a new version of Firefox from www.getfirefox.com and install it
