PDF Plugin browser does not work web browser
The real issue actually is that about 200,000 computers might be configered to stop using the Firefox browser due to one minor flaw. That flaw is related to the issue of pdf compatibility within the web browser...
Suggestions such as using an alternative solution such as open an application through a web browser link wont sadly suffice, they prefer the old way which was view the pdf within the browser which your competitors are able to do. I have searched thoroughly through forums and sites, and have came with up no solution. Is there an alternative way to open a pdf within a web browser without having an error issue or something we may suggest to our developers to change. Any solution would be great! Regards Tito

Really? 200,000 computers ??
Does this apply to the new Firefox 60 ESR version?
Sounds like a mis-configured PDF server or a mass "organization" installation that has gone awry.
Please provide examples of that fault that we can verify. Such as the URL source for the PDF files or customizations that were done to Firefox for mass installations such as what you are referring to.
Or in the case of ESR 60, file a Bugzilla report with the particulars. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
Hi Tito, the built-in viewer can't handle some advanced PDF features. If you need a PDF viewer that can fill forms, for example, you may need to use a different browser for that. But for your run-of-the-mill PDF, it should be fine. Can you link to an example file that's causing problems?
