How can I turn off the drum sound that happens when I try to close multiple tabs?
You know, the ta-ta-ta that plays when you go to close Firefox and you have multiple tabs open? I want to turn it off.
Thanks.

I don't seem to recall that happening on my side. Are you sure that isn't a Windows audio source?

Look at his System Details!

Please slow down and read the full information that is being provided. Your haste to be the first first to answer first is a waste of peoples time, far too often.
And insideoutfashion if you are on a Windows PC, I apologize for butting in here. I am just damn tired of WestEnd being so fast with answers and not fully reading the information the original poster has provided or that this forum software provides based upon the browser that was used to post a new question.
Firefox, itself, does not make sounds. This could be from an add-on or your system.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
