Can't find Help on the menu

I need to reset my printers (there are more than 50 shown). You have a page saying I should click the menu, then Help, then Troubleshooting--but Help is not on this menu.

At the moment, Firefox defaults to Nitro 5, and reports it can't print--my system default is the HP LaserJet

Question mark in the menu panel. Or hit the Alt key then open Help.

There is no question mark in the menu panel.

I should have remembered Alt-H, though!
