I can no longer print within Firefox to either of my printers; I print a blank page (other progs print fine.) "Page setup" isn't displaying properly.

I can no longer print within Firefox to either of my printers; I print a blank page when I try (other programs print fine.) "Page setup" isn't displaying properly (it's the entire height of the page and blank.) Print preview is blank. Using Firefox 47.0, but this problem also recently started in previous version. Up until about a week ago, I didn't have these problems. Thanks.

Try resetting all your printer settings as outlined here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-printing-problems-firefox#w_reset-all-firefox-printer-settings

Thank you for your reply. No, this didn't change anything. It's still not printing anything. Should I put the original prefs.js back? Any other ideas? Your help is much appreciated.
