Since upgrading to 46.0.1 i cannot type into the address bar or any fields on websites

On win 7, jh have tried restarting in safe mode. doesn't fix. i am on chrome because can't type in fo firx firefox otherwise i'd add the troubleshooting info. thanks

Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?
