i rented the movie and proceeded to go to google play to view it. it acts like it is loading, but the screen turns black and a message says "there was a problem playing the video on this browser. try the Play Movies & TV Chrome app. learn how to install Chrome and the Chrome app here". problem is: i've attempted to download Chrome (which i don't like) but it doesn't seem to take. i even rebooted. google doesn't open up in Chrome. i really want to watch this movie!! help!!
