My apologies, I posted the incorrect response for this thread.

I understand that Google Contacts are lost after updating Firefox to version 38.0.1. Normally Google Contacts are managed by the gmail account, was there a service or add on that was also managing these contacts?

Do they show up in this link: https://contacts.google.com/preview/all
