Once in a company web site I'm unable to click options to activiate.
I’m having trouble working with the internet I hope you can help me with. I’m able to click the icon to get to the Internet, I’m able to open a document but once in the document once I click on anything within the document nothing happens. I’m not even able to close the document out.
I’ve checked all of the possibilities under the Options Tab and I’ve also cleared the History a couple of times and nothing helps.
Can you let me know what you need me to do?

Clearing the history was a good way to start. If this problem only happens with this particular website, it may be an issue with Flash. Here is a link to an article about troubleshooting Flash issues:

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
