The vast majority of Extensions hosted at addons.mozilla.org are made by a third-party author(s) or company and not by Mozilla.
The RoboForm extension is not made by nor maintained by Mozilla.
On https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/roboform/ there is a Support Site link on left side which leads to https://www.roboform.com/support

Thank you. I tried that when the problem started, but Roboform says it's not it's problem.
