Microsoft Windows update deleted all my firefox bookmarks. After more than 10 minutes my original tabs have appeared but so far the bookmarks have not. Sorry, my original tabs have not appeared, the tabs were newly added.

its possible the profile became corrupted. try switching to another one and see if your user data can be found by going to the url below:
about:profiles
Another thing you can try is an import from FF of MSEdge user data. See pic attached:
